Zone A12 is the primary toxic-gas processing block. Fixed H₂S detectors, wind roses, and PPE cameras feed SENTINEL’s risk engine. Incidents here typically involve flange leaks, knockout drum overfill, or isolation-valve failures.

Zone C03 is the catalytic reactor island. Bed temperature, differential pressure, and quench valve state are critical. Runaway or recycle compressor trips escalate quickly into plant-wide ESD scenarios.
